• The item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Items returned without a receipt will not be accepted.

 Refunds 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you if your return is approved.
Please note that ENE Solution (Thailand) Co. Ltd. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer.
Please allow approximately 10 business days for processing once the return has arrived at our facility.

 Shipping 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. If you do not cover the return shipping costs, they will be deducted from your total refund.
